Do you ever feel like an outsider, even with those you love? Is there an invisible wall keeping you at a distance? Are you constantly giving, yet struggle to receive the care you deserve? Do you push yourself relentlessly, yearning for rest but fearing you'll never measure up?

These deep-seated feelings often originate in our earliest relationships, particularly the bond with our mother. When this vital connection is disrupted, it can create lasting challenges in forming intimate relationships, opening up to others, setting healthy boundaries, and ultimately feeling safe and truly enough.

Imagine a path to healing.

In this transformative in-person workshop, you'll discover the power of Family Constellations to gently uncover and address the root of these patterns. Through experiential exercises, including the use of powerful healing phrases, grounding gentle body movements, and deeply restorative guided meditations, you'll be invited to release the weight of the past held within your body.

You will enjoy this workshop if:

  • You learn best by doing: You prefer hands-on experiences and embodied practices over purely intellectual discussions.

  • You believe your body holds wisdom: You recognize the connection between your physical self and your emotional well-being and are open to somatic exploration.

  • You find comfort and clarity through guided meditation.

  • You have an interest in Family Constellations – whether you're a seasoned explorer or just beginning to learn.

  • You're looking for a supportive space to gently address deep-seated patterns and cultivate inner peace.
