Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation Policies

 

As there are a limited number of sessions I can offer within a week and rescheduling on short notice isn’t generally possible I do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. 

 

You can change/cancel your appointment, provided any changes are made at least 48-hours prior to your session. Missed appointments and no-shows will be charged the full session cost. Thank you for your understanding.

 

  • Timeline for using pre-paid sessions

 

Coaching packages are designed to support you in your journey towards your goal, making it more affordable to meet regularly with your coach. With this in mind, all packages purchased must be used within their designated timeframe:

 

  • 3-session package expires after 3 months.

  • 6-session package expires after 6 months.

 

Any pre-paid sessions that have not been used by the end of the timeframe will become void and the value of the package will not be eligible for refund or transfers of any kind.

 

Should I need to reschedule a session past the expiry date the value will be extended until the date of our session.

 

  • Terminating Coaching

 

Should you choose to end our coaching relationship prior to using up all pre-paid sessions, the multiple discount becomes void; past sessions will be billed at the single-session rate ($150). You will be reimbursed for unused sessions at 50%. 

 

Should I choose to end our coaching relationship prior to using all pre-paid sessions, you will be reimbursed in full for unused sessions.

By using these services you understand that you are personally responsible for applying anything you have learned in a legal and responsible way.

  • Coaching:

These services are provided via Zoom, or in-person where possible. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counselling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life or profession. 

 

All information collected and discussed is intended only for the purpose of our sessions. It will not be shared with anyone except in the event of collaborations with other professionals (agreed upon by you) for the purpose of advancing your vision. I promise to treat both you and your information with respect and the strictest confidence. 

 

I am not a psychotherapist, counsellor, or mediator and therefore ask that you follow-up with the relevant specialist for concerns of this nature. You are under no obligation to follow my direction should you feel the need to deviate from the plan at any point for any reasons. Our relationship is completely voluntary and you may withdraw from participation at any time before, during, or following a session.

 

I understand that I am working with my coach for professional life coaching at the agreed fee. I understand that professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Because professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance likely does not apply. Coaching fees may be considered deductible business expenses or fringe health benefits under some insurance policies. Please check with your provider for additional details.

 

  • Intuitive Readings & Tarot

Although I believe in what I do, and I take it on as a sacred duty, my tarot readings are legally considered to be for entertainment purposes only. I am not a doctor, nor a lawyer, nor a licensed therapist. My readings and advice should never replace regular medical check-ups, or official legal council, or . I will not assume any liability for your action as a direct or indirect result of our sessions together.

 

  • Energy Healing & Systemic Constellations

 

I understand that the focus of Energy Healing & Constellations is to learn and be exposed to the different aspects, information, and dynamics revealed by/inherent to this work. Recognizing that this may incorporate issues of personal nature.

 

I understand that although this work may reveal hidden and/or ancestral dynamics, it does not constitute counselling or therapy. The facilitator, Andrea Fiscal Woodhouse, is not a psychotherapist or counsellor and she has no influence over the information, or transformation, which may be revealed by this work.

 

Being informed that this might be a powerful experience; I understand that, during my participation in energy healing, systemic constellations and other healing work offered by Andrea Fiscal Woodhouse I might experience some temporary emotional, physical, or spiritual stress (growing pains). 

 

  • Privacy Statement

For each visitor to my web page, google analytics automatically recognizes your IP address and domain name.

 

I collect only volunteered information upon purchase of a service, such as telephone number, email address, etc. If a recording is offered, it will be kept on hand for one month before it is permanently deleted; during this time you are free to download it and access it as needed. This file is created only for you and your use only.

 

I do not partner with any ad server companies.

 

With respect to security: my web host has appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that I have collected from you on this site.
