Transforming a Misunderstood Emotion

Do you find yourself giving and nurturing, yet feeling increasingly drained? As women, especially those who care deeply for others, we often encounter the complex and often misunderstood emotion of guilt. It can feel like a heavy burden, hindering our ability to truly thrive.

This workshop is for you if:

  • Setting boundaries feels challenging. You know they're needed, but guilt often makes it hard to stay resolute.

  • You're constantly tired. As the "helper" who generously gives time, advice, and comfort, you're proud of your kindness but find yourself on the verge of exhaustion.

  • You feel a disconnect in relationships. Perhaps you have a strained family dynamic, or have even created distance, yet peace remains elusive.

  • You work in a healing capacity. Supporting others through difficult decisions and complex dynamics means understanding guilt's power can amplify your own effectiveness.

If any of these resonate, you're in the right place.

As a professional Healer and Intuitive, I initially saw guilt as a roadblock. Time and again, when clients reached a crucial point in their growth, guilt would slide them back into old patterns. When guilt spoke, other considerations faded, and the progress they'd worked so hard for began to weaken.

My journey as a Family Constellations Facilitator offered a profound shift in understanding. I discovered a completely different perspective on guilt – one that empowered my clients, bringing them a sense of freedom far removed from the hunched shoulders and uneasy feeling that often accompanies dealing with this emotion.

When we operate under the common understanding of guilt, it's like wearing shoes that are too small; every step is uncomfortable, making us want to stop or change course. Of course, we do! When we feel guilty, we often assume we've done something wrong, leading us to stop and reconsider. But frequently, this halt is based on a misconception about guilt and its true message.

In this workshop, we'll dive into the subtleties hidden behind this powerful emotion. As we explore its deeper wisdom, we'll uncover new paths forward and gain access to the very resources we need. This means the discomfort that comes with growth won't transform into pain and shame. Instead, you can remain proud of your efforts toward wholeness, showing up for yourself and others freely and authentically.

Join us for an evening of spiritual exploration and somatic exercises to access the profound power behind this challenging yet essential emotion.

You will enjoy this workshop if:

  • You learn best by doing: You prefer hands-on experiences and embodied practices over purely intellectual discussions.

  • You believe your body holds wisdom: You recognize the connection between your physical self and your emotional well-being and are open to somatic exploration.

  • You find comfort and clarity through guided meditation.

  • You have an interest in Family Constellations – whether you're a seasoned explorer or just beginning to learn.

  • You're looking for a supportive space to gently address deep-seated patterns and cultivate inner peace.

  • You are comfortable working in pairs or small groups. Some of the somatic exercises might include leaning on someone or other types of physical contact. Safety and comfort are important, if you are unsure about you comfort, please contact me.
